    You log in to SteamGifts website and choose an item from your Inventory to raffle. You can lock it to any groups you are in or make it public. then you're provided a link like the ones on the last page to post around and get entries. SteamGifts chooses and winner and either you manually send the item on or it automatically does it for you.

    To win you need to click on the links other people post to enter.
