Do I have to return router after cancelling account??

    Hello. Have been an Eircom BB customer for the past 3+ years. Had to cancel my entire Eircom account recently as the BB speed was so rubbish for months and months. Moved to a different provider for phone and internet.

    Am I obliged to return the router to Eircom? Will I be charged if I don't?

    You wouldn't have to send the modem back as you are not in a contract.
