Might be a stupid question but why would Potsy be willing to kill Frano in jail? He's only in on a drug charge so he's not there for life. Money's not gonna do him any good. So why?

Reckon Fran will mess up Aido's brother, he knows he's in for a long haul, only way to stay safe is to scare off any one considering doing a hit for Nidge. That'll test Aido's loyalty, reckon Paulie wants to take over

Because he knows that Nidge will probably have him "taken care of" when he gets out, if he doesn't.
