I don't make many good decisions so it should stand out but can't think of any.

Are you a decisive person or do you hum and haw over decisions?

No, sometimes I think is that really me.

What if any Sunday papers do you buy?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 23,646 ✭✭✭✭qo2cj1dsne8y4k

None. I don't buy papers, watch the news or keep up to date with what's going on in the world. I only heard about Ebola like two weeks ago.

Do you like staying up to date with current affairs

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,194 ✭✭✭man98

I like factual current affairs, I once complained to a shop for only stocking Murdoch's sensationalist ones…
    How's the weekend treated you?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,781 ✭✭✭clappyhappy

We have had a very happy thing happen, but also got some some terrible news.

Do you ever wonder why you stay up late typing meaningless question to strangers

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,194 ✭✭✭man98

No, that's the whole function of boards.
Can you get me a fizzy orange?

    Peter Kay :)

What was your favourite 80s tv programme as a kid......A Team, Airwolf, Knight Rider, McGyver or the Fall Guy? (question obviously won't apply to everyone!)

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,081 ✭✭✭ziedth

A-Team all day, I can't bring myself to watch any of them now knowing how badly they have probably aged.

    Do you believe in Psychics?

    What did you do today

Take care of my 2 little people, OH working. From the ups of playing toy cars to the downs of vomit clean-up it was an eventful day!!

Does it take you long to fall asleep when you go to bed?

    Only if you paid me.

Are you in favour of euthanasia?

Euthanasia for people who want it due to no quality of life due to terminal illness, then I am in favour.

If you were terminally ill and unable to care for yourself and is major discomfort or pain, would you go for euthanasia or stick it out til the bitter end?

I think I'd go for euthanasia. The end will come either way. At least this way it's on your terms as it were.

    What's your stance on boxing?

I can appreciate it for what it is, I guess, but as a fighting style I find it boring and a bit brutish. I'm much more a fan of Eastern styled martial arts, specifically different types of Kung-Fu. I like the ethos of them much better.

Have you ever engaged in learning any type of Martial Art/fighting discipline?

I did Karate for about a year as a young lad but found it very dull.

Should self defence be taught in schools?

Absolutely it should. As part of PE, which should be every day. Everyone should be able to handle themselves, and learn more about what their bodies are capable of.

Did you enjoy PE as a kid?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,810 ✭✭✭✭sbsquarepants

Didn't mind it. I was very fit as a kid so that took the sting out of it I suppose.

    How fit are you?

    I'm fit to drop.

Have you ever joined a gym?
