He survived the Bishops? Tough man

Was in it in 2005. So a good while before them.

He got out just in time then. They would have hunted him down for sport :pac:

Just looking at the episode again. The way Ciaran lifted Fran out of the Van was gas. Like he was taking a whistling kettle off the burner :D

Gary Lydon is not too far off the Inspector character he played in the Guard
Not in front of the American Boyle
    :D

I think you're looking for Strong by London Grammar.

    It's not early 90s though

But thanks! I couldn't stop humming it all day..

He was in Fair City too.

And wasn't Linda (yet another) Farrah in Fair City also?

Yeah Moynihan seems to be the real conscientious sort. He seems to be a real decent and good man.

Until he starts riding the dentist's widow.

Ok, i watched it again last night and seen nothing to suggest that he is or will be seeing the dentists widow. If you detected any sexual tension between them then all I can say is your easily turned on. If something happened between himself and Siobhan i actually wouldnt be surprised tbh but Andrew's widow is very much a peripheral character at best. Wont be seen again id say. Was only used for the purpose of his funeral.

I also think the copper and the dentists widow with will start at it and posted this yest, no reason to bother with the funeral and the furtive glances between them, I might be wrong...

Yeah, I don't get how people think there was sexual tension between them. Its obvious there wasn't. I wouldn't be surprised if something happens between moynihan and siobhan.

Furtive glances? Ah here, look at it again. If an affair genuinely spiring out of that glance then id have serious questions of the acting/writing. There was absolutely no sexual tension in that glance whatsoever, absolutely none. There would be more sexual tension between two scarecrows.

Do yourself a favour, if a member of the opposite sex ever looks at you in the same 'furtive' way, please save yourself embarrassment, they are NOT coming onto you :p

Anyone know what tune is playing in the latest episode (#2) when they're in the pub 5 minutes in and Fran is asking what happened with the traveller?
It sounds like 90s dance - Shazam won't tell me because Fran's voice is getting in the way of the recording :P

    :D
"Im not going to skip the queue, im going to fight Paulie first and then Nidge"

Nidge will end up crying into Muganty's face.

For anyone who doesnt know what im on about, Youtube Simey O'Donnell

That video is top lol. Nidge is in the prime of his life, Patrick is in the prime of his life!

Only caught up on the two new episodes last night. No. 2 was excellent, though I am slightly disappointed Fran will be in jail for the rest of this series.

That will be an interesting subplot in my opinion. He'll make a few contacts and try to get them to whack Nidge on the outside and then there is the whole issue with Noelie too. Or he might also turn state witness if anything to get Nidge inside with him in order to exact his revenge. Fran has nothing to lose anymore. In Series 2 he was looking to be the new kingpin on the block but his focus has shifted since Linda died. I think Fran being inside creates so many possibilities.

And it will hopefully keep him alive for the rest of this season and part of the next too at least?

    he died

With the assistance of his half sisters husband, the doctor. The dilemma at the time was, did he help Floyd die out of dignity or because he was having an affair with his half sister? Actually, the half sister & her husband the doctor are on the run I think?
