Ah sure, we're all one lonely guy at a computer all day. Apart from that one account I dont post for :(.
Its crazy the way there is people here always fighting and always on edge and looking for a fight.

If you met someone in real life after being brought together by Man utd and then was always attacking him, you would be crazy and no one would talk to you.

''Oh hey you like man utd, me too, thats class

    *scene missing*

I hate you so much, even though we only ever talk about our common interest.''

If I ever had a hissy fit like some do on here without posting back sarcastically, I would need to reasses myself.

This thread has the highest amout of self righteuous posters.

A more accurate analogy would be if a bunch of random United fans spent a few hours in one room discussing football every day. Add anonymity and trolls to that mix and you should expect arguments and a bit of bitchiness regularly. And this thread is no worse than any other similar spot on the Internet.

    He's future FIFA President material.

    This quote is particularly epic;

Sepp Blatter couldn't have said it better himself.

It's surprising to see not a post on RVP's poor form and his performance yesterday but loads of pages arguing about Rooney when he plays better than RVP.

At least now there is no contest. Rooney is miles better than RVP and if anything it looks like RVP is on decline.

At this point I would certainly be starting Rooney over RVP, but at the same I don't think Wayne's performances against Estonia or San Marino were exactly much to write home about either (the free kick was nicely taken mind, but the keeper should have also saved it).

The Holland match reminded me of our infamous "80 something crosses" game against Fulham last year - wretched would be an understatement, and RVP didn't even look like he cared. I didn't see it all, but from what I did see I would give his performance a 2/10. Pretty much just one mark for not getting sent off and another for not blocking team mates' shots.

He had a great chance at 1-0 down to score a goal, but he tried to take it on the chest instead of smashing a header in, he does look to have lost his edge a little bit, hopefully it's only temporary and when he starts scoring again, he'll bang them in for fun.

Yeah Rooney was poor against Estonia. It's like choosing between 5/10 or 4/10 performance.

tbh I really don't care how United players like Rooney get on for England.

its nice if they play well but the media pressure is way ott.

I actually missed that - caught from Robben's missed chance a few minutes before the second up until the 70th minute or so. It was unbelievably bad... work ball up line... cross... goes nowhere/cleared (rarely even a chance of getting a touch on it)... get ball back (usually a throw in)... slowly work up line... repeat. I sweat it was a 90 second cycle for 20 straight minutes, the single chance coming through the middle being one where Robben should have smashed it on the edge of the box when it fell to him, but jogged casually into an Icelandic defender instead.

Louis Van Gaal - fraud and spoofer. :pac:

Disheartening when you see Kroos playing like that for Germany and Blind at left back for the Dutch.

Delighted for Josh tonight, great pro and great servant both to United and to his country.

100 caps, capped with a goal that snatched a draw in a qualifier against the World Champions. Perfect script!

Kroos is not a defensive midfielder, though? Madrid have been leaking a lot of goals by trying to kind of use him in that role.

I'm adamant we would have won the league 2011-2012 if we had kept John o Shea on. Injuries ravaged our backline that year.

Was with my 2 Liverpool friends watching it tonight. Same 2 as I watched the O Shea winner at Anfield with.

I went ****ing mental. Love to have been over there. Say it be nuts.

Roll on Northern England and another O Shea winner.

Best thing ever to come out of Waterford

I used to always watch the United v Liverpool games with Liverpool supporting mates. They were grand, nothing like the bawling your eyes out in text form you get on here. There was one time one of them got up and walked home after I explained to him that Rio was going to come up and bury a header when United got a free kick near the edge of the box, I was joking but it happened :pac:

Ancelotti taking care of his job at Real Madrid, he basically said Di Maria was too greedy and they couldn't change their wage structure for one player plus couldn't afford to keep him.
    cough...Ronaldo...cough, persistent cough here, Bale....

Di Maria was said to be on anything from €3 million to €5 million a year. Rodriguez his replacement is reported to be on €7 million a season.

Deluded in Madrid, but at least it benefitted us.
