I get these remarks from time to time and I've learnt to ignore them. I take it as a compliment tbh

Just to address the 10kg per year remark, I grew 3 inches in height in those 4 years, overcame my poor eating habits to get to my normal weight and I have good genetics. With all that considered it was nowhere near 10kg of muscle per year

Wait, your not actually denying that you used steroids are you?!

It's still incredible progress with anabolics but as a former bodybuilder myself and someone very much on the scene your not fooling anyone. Sure I can see the cysts on your body.

I really think the OP is a lot smaller in real life than people give him credit for.

What I mean by that is because he's so chiseled he looks BIG, but if you were standing next to him in person he wuldn't look like the IFBB bodybuilder you all think he is.

This happens a lot of the time with well turned out natural lifters.

    Spot on

Being cut gives the illusion that I'm BIG, but I'm only 210lbs and my arms are just over 17 inches. Hardly IFBB stats now

I'm not profiting from my physique so I am not one of those youtube lifters that have to lie to keep their sponsors. I can only say this so many times so I'm going to leave it at that

It's a pretty strange state of affairs, if 95kg at 6'2" is considered unachievable naturally.

95kg that shredded? It's fine lads if you want to believe it. Incredible to keep that amount of muscle mass at such a lean weight.

He's not even a short arse.

Anyway, like I said, even with anabolics that is fantastic work so well done :)

Fair play to the OP, but if the filter was removed you'd get a clearer picture of condition

On a side note, I think most people on this forum have a few spots in the gym and at home where the lighting is just right :D In the gym I am in there is a sweet spot where the mirror is far away and the light are directly above, lads flock to that area to be mirin.

Sometimes I can even convince myself I am in shape, although even photoshop couldnt get me to the OP;s level.

Which Roman God are you OP? Are you friendly with Zeus? If you had contact details for his son Hercules I'd be very interested in contacting him. Always looking to improve and learn from the best. Thanks.

    Easy on progress on steroids

Only hard thing about getting in that shape as a natural is the fact you would have to be in a very big deficit for a long period of time thus resulting in a big loss of muscle

Anyone who wants to cut natty will lose vast amounts of muscle

That reason right there shows OP is enhanced and if you don't believe me you are incredibly naive or you haven't been seriously training for a few years

Huge difference between 95kg and 95kg shredded

Anyone can get to 95kg it's all about the condition/ low bf %

You keep believing advice from fake natties and think you will achieve unreal results with time and effort and your in for a rude awakening

I stayed natural for 8 years and i would say after the first 5 was a waste, gains slowed down big time

The only way to get huge AND shredded is to take gear, simple as that

Serious bollocks being spouted here, presumably by a number of lads looking for a reason to knock someone who they're jealous of.

OP's physique is 100% achievable naturally.

Something something potatoes gonna potate etc

    I'm not saying it's not

But i am saying most likely not achievable in a short time frame and 95kg at low bf i may doubt it after only 3 years of training

10kg gains per year??? without serious cuts in between?? Natural? something doesn't add up

If you were in the lifting game long enough you wouldn't be so naive

  • Banned (with Prison Access) Posts: 59 ✭✭assetcolum

And if your guessing what i think he ran?

Not a huge cycle, maybe low dose test or a possible 6-8 week Anavar/Winstrol course

The jealousy is strong in this thread and it has resulted in a lot of bros being indeed mad. Keep up the good work OP :) haters are your motivators and all that.

No way it's outweighing it naturally though, that positivity is on steroids.

This is exactly where I saw the thread going. Surely it's about time for a nazi comparison now??

What does it matter? If op is natty he can take it as a compliment and an ego boost that he achieved naturally what some people need to cycle for. If op is not natty he can still take it as a compliment as it still took time, hard work and dedication to achieve it.

If I cycled I wouldn't be admitting it to anyone outside of my close friends because I wouldn't deceive them, not saying this is the case for op, but if it was blatantly obvious I wasn't natty and random people I don't know and owe no explanation to believed I was natty then that's their problem for not being aware that basically the entire fitness and bodybuilding industry is built on lies and deception.

Can we leave any and all discussion on steroids there please. Whether it's in support or not of the OP it's a discussion that's not welcome.

Is discussion of steroids not allowed? Srs

This is what's in the charter rules anyway. From what I've seen it's just been general discussion ITT.

    "No Steroid Pushing
General discussion about steroids is fine but absolutely no pushing, advise on how to use, information on where to buy or detail on how to use them will be tolerated."

I intended this thread to be a place where I could answer nutrition/lifting questions, receive criticism and read other people's fitness perspectives. I did not want it to turn into an argument over something I addressed from the first page

I was skinny by choice, to fill in the blanks in the past 4 years I found I had good genetics when I took swimming seriously

I was training to be a lifeguard here before I discovered the gym, no weights, just cardio and good diet

    2yy5ld5.jpg

1 year later I am in the gym getting noob gains, pics were taken over the 2012 period

    mb1oo7.jpg

Bulked hard in 2013 to compete in the strongman competition which I posted a pic up already. Got to 245lbs which is what you got to do as a natural, acquire as much mass as possible then put everything into your cut. I have better pics but this one shows just how much weight I gained. That lamp was the only source of light in my apartment at the time lol

Now following a 8 month cut here I am in the OP, it wasn't an easy ride. Fluctuating weight is hard let me tell you

Yeah sure. Is hardly impossible to believe that’s what happened.
On the second page OP posted a pic showing he was c.40lbs bigger at one point (strongman axle deadlift), no slob either. Even without knowing exact bf%’s it’s safe to assume that he dropped a chuck of muscle on the cut too.
