Belling IDW603 dishwasher problem

    Hi all, hopefully someone can help or point me in the right direction. I have a Belling IDW603 dishwasher, about 6 years old but never given any trouble til now.

    The display that should show the program or error code will just show a flashing revers LL, if you know what I mean, it flashes on the right and left, see pic.

    Tried google and cannot find any reference to this. Any help appreciated. See photo

    that's not an error display, looks like the module got a power surge, try holding the start/ pause button in for up to 10 seconds, if you are a competent diy er examine the module for bulges in any of the capacitors and remember to unplug first
