White dandruff on dog

Does anyone know what this is. Its clumps of white stuff on my dogs back. Then down near her tail there are specks of white like dandruff. I could have swore I saw one move but can't be sure

There's a condition nicknamed "walking dandruff" caused by Cheyletiella mites. For correct diagnosis though you should see your vet to rule out any other skin condition too.
