Free to Air Channels

    I just got a new free to air receiver and it won't pick up the UK Channels when I scan the astra and hotbird satellites.

    The UK channels are on the satellites at 28 degrees east.

    What's the make & model of the receiver? Are you sure it's connected to a functioning dish, pointed at these satellites?
