High-res 10" Android tablet at Amazon DE for 200 euro + shipping

I just posted this in the Samsung Galaxy Tab S topic but I thought it might be interesting as a bargain its own right. So I opened this thread.

For those interested in a high-res 10" tablet, the Gigaset QV1030 is 200 euro at Amazon DE (Germany). Delivery cost is about a tenner to Ireland. Processor is a Tegra 4 which is not bad. It's 2560x1600 like the Samsung though it's(IPS) LCD, not AMOLED. And only Android 4.2, not 4.4, it was meant to get an update in April but apparently this has never happened.

I was thinking of buying this myself as it's half the price of the Samsung 10.5 even when this deal was on. Obviously the screen is not as nice (the Samsung's is the best on the market today) even though the resolution is the same. It's also said to be more reflective and prone to fingerprints. And heavier. But for the price it's not bad.. Still on the fence whether to buy it.

PS: I have no affiliation with Amazon, just came across this myself. Apparently this tablet was introduced at 369 euros early this year and that would make it a bargain I think. It's 193 pounds at Amazon UK so not really worth it to order from there.
