Legal age for sex

    I am 21 and my girlfriend 17. Age of consent in Ireland is 17. Can I LEGALLY have sexual intercourse with her? We never tried it before. Last thing I want is to get in trouble with the Criminal Law. Please help me.

    Is she your sister? Otherwise I'm not seeing the issue.

    The age of consent is seventeen and above.

    There's also the small matter of consent OP :pac:

    Remember to take precautions; I found transposing a couple of digits on the phone number always worked for me.

    Just make sure she isn't drunk. That could cause issues.
