Herbal Tea recommendations?

I just paid €4.60 for a pack of 20 Clipper herbal teas and the only thing which has left an impression on me is the price.

Would anybody have recommendations for good herbal teas? Thanks!

Go to somewhere like www houseoftea ie and ask, they will usually let you taste and smell the teas, and give advice. A lot of herbal teas are very weak unless steeped for a long time.

There are so many to choose from. It'll depend on your tastes and what time of day you want to drink it.

I don't like the fruity/flowery ones but here are some of my favourites:
After meals: rooibos (unflavoured), ginger & lemon
    Night: Chamomile, Hops, aniseed
    Morning: Nettle, mint
    Special occasions: rose

I have a mint growing in a big pot and just use the leaves fresh - much nicer than dried mint and practically free!
For the ginger & lemon I use grated fresh ginger and lemon juice.
All the others are available as loose tea in tea houses but sometimes are better value from herbalists.
    Enjoy!

Rooibos mentioned above is also known as Red Bush and tastes a bit like ordinary tea, it's quite nice.
