Can anyone explain the differences between these various mohammedan groups and their relationship to each other ? Or are they really all the same thing ?

The Levant is a a region, technically its not spelling nazism, the or a lavant is something else.
I thought they were the same group originally, now? I dont know, I began to suspect they were disparate groups, like Al Qaeda was/is.
I think it's Al Qaeda 3.0, new enemies, because nothing says worse than the previously worse guys, which by the by, we armed also, but who we are now distancing ourselves from discreetly because they gone all crazy.

I just found this on google, I didnt look for long, so maybe someone else can find something newer and more relevant.

Thanks. It mentions the Islamic Front (IF I presume).
So how are IF, IS, ISIS, and ISIL related to the People's Front of Judea ?
