Magical, magical ice! Did something (pulled a muscle probably) to my calf yesterday and was putting off icing it (got home cold and late from a train journey last night, heating was broken, house cold, didn't feel like adding ice to the mix). Just iced it now (while watching Ireland's Fittest Family :-)) and it feels amazingly cured!
