I am looking at houses off londonbridge road and bath avenue in dublin 4 and have viewed a few properties on weekends. Having visited derrynane gardens this evening I was wondering if the noise from the football pitches is 7 days a week or does the sportsco complex operate some form of policy where by the pitches adjacent to housing arent used in late evening. The floodlights are v bright but do they impact living on the street or is it a case of triple glazing and black out blinds?
