Rules Question Re: Marking

A friend is signing up at my club tomorrow and I'm going to mark his cards for handicap. There's an open on tomorrow. Will he be allowed to mark my card? He will be a GUI member, but obviously won't have a handicap and won't be partaking in the comp. Thanks.

Ask the club. Some allow it some don't.
