Hi BMG83,

The landline number for Electric Ireland is (01) 8529534. When you get through, advise the agent that you wish to be transferred to whichever PAYG department is relevant (one looks after lifestyle choice PAYG meters, the other is for customers who have a PAYG meter for clearing an outstanding balance).
