vat on importing loading shovel???

    Hi Guys,
    Quick question, is there vat chargeable on tractor/loading shovel if importing from germany, france, uk? Im not vat reg customer. Thanks in advance for your comments:)

    I you are not VAT registered, then you will pay the VAT to the seller, at the point of sale.
