PLC course Cork?

Hey guys. Are there any PLC night courses in Cork? Cannot seem to find one! Also, is there any PLC software you can download to run simulations? Mitsubishi or Alen Bradley is what I would be interested in. I found one simulator but it was older than electricity itself (ran off of Dos). Thanks!
