Water hammer after flushing toilet

Hi all, Hoping someone can help. I think I have water hammer after flushing toilet. Sometimes it just happens at the end of the cistern refill, sometimes it hammers every few minutes and subsequent flushes stop it. What is the fix? It is a downstairs toilet by the way. Thanks!

Probably just the diaghpram rubber in the ballvalve gone hard Cost about 1 or 2 euro Any hardware will have them
