As title states, somebody in Ireland got lucky and are in the enviable position of buying any car they like. Going to limit my choice, for now to 5: 1)McClaren 650S Spider,2) Brabus G Wagon,3) Classic Fiat 500, 4) Mercedes SEC, 5) Ferrari F430 Spyder

I don't see the point in buying these types of cars as in this country we don't have the roads to enjoy their true quality

I imagine they will go for Range Rover

The irony with these kind of threads is that Ireland isn't a car-friendly country and having tens or hundreds of millions doesn't change that. We have poor facilities, poor roads, a small parts network, small car community/amount custom builders, very few tracks etc.

If you won the euromillions, you'd be looking for a weekend car to keep here, before flying the hell away somewhere else. :(

If they had any sense, they'd buy the car in just about any other country and move the money there too. Honestly, first thing I'd do is off shore the whole lot of it and I love Ireland but I'd never be rich here.

I'd imagine if most won €86m in the lotto then the last thing they would be thinking about is Irish roads. I know if it were me the first thing I would be thinking about is how fast can I get to the airport.

That low-rider sporster yoke would be rendered useless by the 1st speed hump.
Then the local hipster hoodies would pick-off the wings or mirrors for their choppers/skateboards n' whotnot.

What you'd actually need is trusty 1984 4wd Isuzu red pickup to load all the big tv's into, that's what lotto peps do 1st, buy a bigger tv...

    Rolls Royce Phantom.

Use it as a Taxi, on Hailo. While wearing the full chauffeur outfit.

Will make many people's days it will.

Genuinely the first thing I would do would be to ship my car back to Japan and have Honda (/Mugen?) fix her back up to exactly how she rolled out of the factory 15 years ago.

While I was over there id do some shopping for a R34 GTR Skyline :)

Supercars never interested me too much. Most likely I'd end up with a garage full of American muscle and Japanese power.

2010 Legacy diesel for everyday tiping about.

Skyline R34 GTR Z-Tune for weekends.

01 Integra TypeR (JDM) for the track.

Range Rover Sport for family trips.

A fully restored mint 'Hakosuka' Skyline for my new 10 car garage which would also have a little viewing platform so I could go out there, have a beer and just sit and stare at it and the rest of the collection.

    Ode To The Motorist

“And my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, generates funds to the exchequer. You don't want to acknowledge that as truth because, deep down in places you don't talk about at the Green Party, you want me on that road, you need me on that road. We use words like freedom, enjoyment, sport and community. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent instilling those values in our families and loved ones. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the tax revenue and the very freedom to spend it that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise I suggest you pick up a bus pass and get the ********* ********* off the road”

Pretty cool idea but it was rumbled as a publicity stunt for Uber given the car didn't even conform to their requirements to be used as an Uber cab. In the same light, he was paid handsomely to attend Gumball 3000.

Isn't there a guy who drives a V8 as a taxi in Dublin? An old Jag or something?
