Online Form 12 + supplemental CG1

I've been asked to file a form 12 for 2013.
I'm opting to file online (much easier and faster for me) but I need to include capital gains information - I sold some shares at a loss during the year.
My question is: because I need to file Capital Gains info do I need to do the entire filing on paper or can I file the Form 12 online and just do a paper submission for Capital Gains piece (found a CG1 form that would seem to fit this purpose)?

Do what you can online, and if necessary file a paper CG1.0 -
