    It is a situation alright.
    "The Garda press office said it is aware of the situation, but could not clarify the reason for the closures at this point in time."
    "Dublin Fire Brigade said that it is an ongoing situation."

    None of them seem too worried. Confusion over whether it was Zara or River Island but Debenhams is open so I reckon River Island is where they found whatever it is. They're also not too concerned about the people looking on either.

    Apparently an explosion came from an unidentified source reportedly placed inside a litter bin.

    Reports on Twitter say the explosion left a 6 foot crater in the ground.


    The gards say they are looking into it.
