 Generally I play it a bit on the conservative side for course profile, tiredness and other factors so play it safe with MP as a target pace (although normally ends up a little faster than target due to progressive nature)

 . After 6 and started feeling the legs getting a little heavy and knew I was starting to work a small bit, started questioning was this gonna start to get ugly with the miles starting to drag by. Wrong again and before I knew it I was 9 miles down and in the home stretch with the pace actually picking up slightly (now averaging 6.25s -6.30s)
