    Fixed that for you. :pac:
I hate the way he is bouncing the engine off the limiter. Well he clearly doesn't care if he wrecks himself, his bike or anyone else for that matter. let's hope a child doesn't walk out in front of him and that maybe some day he won't see that truck pull out.

Whatever about his organs, his brain doesn't have a resale value as it is! Moron!

All standard practice there, nothing you don't see every day during rush hour.

I've set many hours in rush hour Dublin traffic and can't say I've seen bikes acting the Knut on a regular basis, or ever for that matter.

    What engine is that Volvo?
I thought they had a straight five but it sounds more like a straight six to me.

This youtube clip is not relevant to motors but worth watching anyways

I was passing through Clarinbridge Co. Galway yesterday and there was a vintage rally on. I'm pretty sure they were all Wolseley cars. Anyway this mad guy decided to have a bit of fun ;).

Not as he planned anyway. One passing Landcruiser later sorted him out though.

Would not recommend watching the whole video (4 hours long!), but good to have a quick skim. A 84 Pug 205 Turbo went for €180,000.

Not by any means a regular 205, mid engined, 4 wheel drive, one of only 200 examples built, the road going version of the most successful rally car of the last two years of the group B era, and only 1700kms on the clock, if you ask me, €180,000 was a bargain.

I'd sell my kids for a drive in one!

    Fantastic cars,
Here's the catalogue, makes it bit easier to skip around.

Yeah, motor enthusiasts pushing their cars to the limit, having fun, putting on a display, recreating a bygone era when bridges were scarce and wheels were tall...

    Fukking idiots.

Driving a rare old car into a river of unknown depth and quite likely completely ruining the engine, yes, a bit silly.
You wouldn't take a Sopwith Camel and put it through a full blown dog fight?
We all age and as we get older our capacity to do silly physical stunts diminishes and cars or indeed planes are no different.
I always look upon a vintage car as not fully the property of the owner, it part of history and should be handled with respect.

    He saved it pretty nice.
I'd say co-drive had to change his pants after that
