Purple Sprouting Broccoli problem

Hi all, Sowed the seed in early april indoors, hardened off and sowed outside in early may. This isn't meant to ready for harvest until next spring but for some reason I've been getting florets the last 2 months and its going into flower. Have attached some pictures, any help would be great!

Dont allow it to flower, cut off and discard any florets that are beginning to flower, cut off any that are young enough to eat and use. Just keep cutting and using, it may well keep going till next spring, but use it, don't let it go to flower.

Its probably the warm summer that has caused it to bolt, the more you cut it, the more you will get.
