Best place to go for NYE in Ireland for singles in 30s

Hello, planning ahead this year as have had some shocking nye in the past. Trying to find somewhere in Ireland that is good to go to for 2 single ladies in their 30s. All ideas would be much appreciated as haven't been able to find too much info on the web. Not into clubbing scene so would prefer pubs/ festivals/…
