    Hi All
We need to find a primary school teacher, with special needs experience, for our 9 year old boy (Dublin Sth). He is being homeschooled 2 days per week (in school 3). I believe there are lots of teachers without work. My query is how to best reach them. I have put adds on Rollercoaster, and School Days, to no avail.

If anyone had any suggestions I would be grateful to hear them.

    Thanks
    CM

You could try educationposts.ie or ask in the school as they may know someone it would suit locally.

Thanks for that strawberrie. I have tried school, but not education posts. Cheers CM

Have you tried contacting the teacher training colleges like Froebel, St Patricks College or Marino. There are most definetly young newly qualified teachers from last year who won't have a job! Maybe try posting on the universities forums here on boards.ie either and you might be lucky. Best of luck with it

Ask the principal in your sons school. They will have a list of sub's.
