Anyone know if the former 'The Stars of Heaven' and 'The Revenants' frontman is still in the game?

I regularly find myself playing 'Scott Miller Said' on a loop ... and then I think, a man who can write and play songs like this couldn't just retire ....

I know Pete from the Stars is a boards member. (Any news, Pete? Any chance of The Stars getting together to do the old retro thing some time?)

    Just wondering ...

    Thanks.

    Are you serious Ned?

    Any more info?

    Facebook/Twitter etc? .... (whatever they are :) )

After the resurrection of The Would Bes already this year, that would be pretty damn cool.

I've recently had the pleasure to hear one of Stephens new songs (Sorry, can't share it) and he's definitely still got it. Album should be good.

I saw them in Anseo last month and they were superb.

    They're playing here August 10th:

This is worse than when The Smiths were releasing 'The Queen Is Dead' ...

Does ANYBODY know ANYTHING about Stephen Ryan's pending new album???

We've got The Blades re-forming, The Would-Bes bringing out their debut album 26 years after their first single ....

Come on Stephen! You can do it!!!

I've just been listening to 'Ted's Tune' on youtube ... what a great song by a great songwriter:

Thanks. I was ironing in the kitchen with Tom Dunne on tonight, and the song was half-way through before it hit me - f**k! That's Stephen Ryan singing!

Sounds good. Very reminiscent of 'The Revenants' - no bad thing.

    You can hear it here:

Looking forward to the album, if it ever comes out :) ...

Welcome back Stephen. We missed you.
