    When are nightsaver hours? Is electricity cheaper at the weekend?

    Hi YeAh,

    The Nightsaver meter is at the lower rate between midnight and 8am in the summertime and between 11pm and 8am in the wintertime. The times change when the clocks lose and gain the hour annually.  These times also apply for customers with night storage heater meters. All other customers have the same rate regardless of what time of the day the electricity is being used. 

    There is no cheaper tarrif for the weekend. This continues the same as during the week.
