Forgotten Debit card pin

Hi, i received a new visa debit card recently but i have forgotten my pin, so i won't be able to activate it at an ATM. Is there a number i can ring to help retrieve my pin? and will they be able to give me my pin over the phone if i supply them my information? thanks

To have your pin reminder sent to you in the post, please call Bank of Ireland 365 on 0818 365 365 / 003531 4044000 and a colleague will be happy to send this to you. This can take three to five working days to be sent in the post.
Our Bank of Ireland 365 phone line is open 8am to midnight Monday to Friday and 9am to 6pm on weekends.
