Asthma - think I'm having severe attack

    Any other sufferers here?
    I'm on 500mg of Seretide.
I'm not sure whether I have an asthma attack at the moment or a chest infection.
I can't breathe well and gulp when under stress in the past 3 days, but I don't know whether this is asthma/panic attact/chest infection.
I've a very very bad cough and know I've an infection of some description. I was on antibiotics almost weekly when a teenager, so I avoid them now like the plague.

Go to your GP/ out of hours or even emergency department if you think you're having a severe attack!!

It's not an emergency and for many reasons, I can not afford to go to a GP or A&E.
I've been the same for about 3 days.
    Far from an emergency.

I'm no doctor but if you're able to take time out to post on an internet forum, you're unlikely to be having a severe asthma attack.
