    Does anyone know if the booking site venere.com are associated with hotels.com ??

    I made a booking last March for a hotel through venere.com I subsequently cancelled it (free of charge). I've just noticed that €630 has been taken from my credit card, by hotels.com for hotel I originally booked.

    F*ck :eek::eek:

    I use venere.com a lot and it is usually referred to at the hotels as expedia.

    Get on to your credit card company and get that money back.

    Thanks spurious, have sent my bank a message. Been onto hotels.com via telephone, but I don't hold out much hope from the conversation I had :mad:
