Lanzarote: allowance with a 20kg bag

Hi there My gf and I are traveling to lanzarote in a couple of weeks. We booked one 20 kg bag between us. We were just wondering can we pool our alcohol/cigarette allowance into one bag? Thanks for any repliesðŸ˜႒

Welcome to Boards. Yes, you can pool your allowance in one bag. Customs don't care about stuff like that.

just be careful with your cigarettes that ya dont go over your allowence, last yearawhen we were coming home everybody on the flight had their bags checked, and people had cigs taken from them.....

And make sure that you go through customs together, otherwise if one person goes out before the other person it might seem like the person with the case is bring over their allowance. Don't be tempted to go and get the car while the other person waits for the bags.
