I'm sure they won't, but is there any chance Halfrauds would take back 2 mixed aerosol cans? Fecking colour is waaaay off!

I'm surprised it didn't match well. Only last week in work did we buy a can of Vauxhall caviller white paint to spray some track lights and I have to say we thought it matched in very well with the white ceiling :D. So I'm suprised at whatever you wanted to use the paint for that it didn't match great you must have been trying to spray a car with it or something mad like that :pac:

The above did actually happen we couldn't find anywhere else to get spray paint at 7pm.

Ya I don't know what the story is with it, a lot darker than the colour that's on it. Maybe it faded severely over the years, which I find hard to accept seeing as it's a kind of grey colour. Code is the proper one, one the aluminium plate under the bonnet. Spent almost €50 on two cans

That's for the pre mixed ones. The fella, as thick as fúck as he was, had to mix the paint there and then. Took half an hour to do, a small 300ml can costing €23!

Yep sounds about right, i had to get that with the 900, fairly bang on with the colour though

I didn't even know they done that. Well then I'd go back and tell them they mixed it wrong and it's completely the wrong colour. Which the guy probably did mix it wrong. I was wondering alright because all joking aside the premixed stuff is normally a fairly close match.

~ Have managed to splash water on my windscreen instead of flashing the lights to thank someone for giving me right of way. I broke down laughing & the drivers just looked on smirking :o

    & today
~ I managed to lock myself into my new car and set the alarm off when getting out. The car didn't know I was inside & locked itself. As I opened the door to get back out, it thought someone was trying to break in and the alarm went off.
Queue countless people nearby look-on in disbelief as I stand there with my keys & turn off my own car alarm after triggering it myself :o

Don't even want to know what the 3rd incident will be,

It it makes you feel any better when i got my car it took me 5 minutes to find the ignition, and the whole day to figure out how to remove the keys, 7 months on I'm still finding storage spaces in it

Exactly :P Ah no i know they're expensive

I'm contemplating buying a mig welder, however, I know 0 about them, how to set them up, how to load up the wire, maintain them, so on and so forth, would be rather handy for a few bits on the 900

It'd be handy for others too, if you'd be using it a lot it might be worth a go.

I can beat that. I had a Golf with an alarm. I was after being karting, and my clothes were damp from spray from the track and we decided to stop for a pint (or two) on the way home. I had a change of clothes so decided I'd get changed. Off I wander to the car, and get in to get changed, except the light stays on. So I pressed the fob switch to lock it, to get the light off. Grand I think and proceed to take my trousers off. Before I got a chance to get my clean trousers on the alarm went off. So here I am in the middle of a town, half naked, inside a car with the alarm going off. And of course it took what felt like an age to find the key. :o

With the intention of doing something like this:

So there were these laaaaaads diffin outside me house. Conveniently, I was outside as I was having too much fun reassembling the 166 at 1am thus when you see a white saloon car with HID's in reflectors driving by you know they're not Jehovah's witnesses.....

Don't think they were expecting me to pop out of a hedge though, even if it was just to give the thumbs up :p

On a completely unrelated matter, I have a rake of 15 inch tyres that need burning till they explode. This will happen near a house with a white Tezza :pac::pac::pac::pac:
