You ain't gonna bate Leitrim for value, seriously.

We've sold beautiful 2,500sq ft houses for €50,000 in the past.

But then, it's Leitrim, and personally I'd rather stab myself in the eye than live there.

Sold a house in Portroe for €25k, habitable, but needed work.

You could also live in a Tykes house, or a one man tent. How habitable are you looking for?
