    It's similar too it but it's played out in real time as in matchs are Thursdays and Sundays so you log in, set tactics buy players etc and then check back after the match is played too see how you got on

    When we allowed in managers from outside the board we said they wouldn't be able too apply for vacant jobs (bar div 4)
