College Laptop

That time of year again, need a new laptop for college. It'll be doing nothing more than typing/web browsing/Pdf's. Budget is, as little as possible! Under €250 if i could help it, and would be willing to go second hand if necessary. No need for anything fancy. Thanks.

If you go to oxfam, they have plenty of second hand refurbished laptops, all with decent specs- i3, 4gb ram, windows 7, sizeable hard drive. Some cost less than €200, and i think theyre guaranteed!
Alternatively, you could get a cheap deal on adverts or ebay, but i suppose youve already checked that out.
