After the European servers are moved to Germany how is your experience with lags and other related issues?

I had no problems before and after using Vodafone as provider.

You cant have done much PvP - some of the server issues where just armature hour. I think I could have had a secure line to the server and it not made any difference.

Haven't played much recently - been breaking err.. fixing my computer. TBH though outside of PvP I got very few issues. Although the only reason for playing ESO imho is the PvP which is epic.

I'm more a casual player, but also in PVP I had no issues. Of course rarely short lags, but that's it.

The server on Auriel's Bow used to regularly throw a kiniption completely crashing on occasion. It's a shame because 200 people all going nuts to kill each other is great craic.

I remember that it was the same with DAOC in the beginning. I'm sure, they will learn to deal with it.

How is this game looking nowadays with the latest 1.3.3 update? I stopped playing because I got bored of not having friends to play with and the crappy dungeons. I tried pvp which was good but I couldn't handle going back to ts3 with fifty people and someone nakamura shoring at me to do this and do that (I used to be cool with it but I'm beyond it now).

Jumping every now and then, mainly just to log in to carry on research [last of ones taking a month to do... <_<; ]... I'm in 4 guilds, and a LOT of people haven't logged in for 2-3months, and these are guilds with 400+ members each.

Indeed; Blizzard ramped up greatly for their expansions (at least at the start; no clue of today) and then scale down afterwards because they expected spikes as well.

If I was to start fresh with a new character, race, class etc. Would it be in a different area, or just the same thing again?

If they cut back on developers then that means the flow of content could be effected, or the quality of that content as the original developers are gone. This happened with SW:TOR.

I reckon by end of next year, if the game's still around for the PC... most of the game's customers would be on consoles.

Yes, you are also required to pay a monthly fee. €12.99 per month, I think.

It's worth it for a month I reckon, you'll get a lot done.

Yeah but I'm looking for am epic like Skyrim and a month doesn't seem long enough to really delve into an epic.. Do all MMORPG's have a monthly subscription?

For anyone still interested in ESO:

    http://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-gb/news/post/2014/12/04/the-road-ahead---december-4

    Console relevant news:
As I’ve mentioned, we have been (and will continue to be) steadily working on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions of ESO. They are playable and fun right now, but there's still some work to do before we can set an official launch date. First and foremost, we want to make sure that two of our most important systems still in development—the Justice and Champion Systems—are included in the console release. Those two systems will introduce a huge amount of content to the game, and we know everyone is looking forward to the new types of gameplay they provide.

It’s also important to note that the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions of ESO are not just ports of the PC/Mac game. We have completely replaced the PC user interface with a console-specific UI designed from the ground-up with a controller and a living room play experience in mind. We’ve also added voice chat and full integration with XBL and PSN. Expect to see lots of news about our console versions in early 2015.

Free-to-Play model imminent, probably to coincide with the console release.

Really considering playing this game. Have read the forums on classes and stuff. Question for people playing is the Imperial edition worth the cost? Bloody expensive or just the standard i know the bonus stuff you get but is it worth it. Thanks.

Quick sidenote its here for http://www.amazon.co.uk/The-Elder-Scrolls-Online-PC/dp/B0080V93Q8/ref=sr_1_1?s=videogames&ie=UTF8&qid=1418380167&sr=1-1&keywords=elder+scrolls+online
that's a huge saving compared to the DD from Eso site €54.99? I presume that Amazon offer has the disc and key so why the price difference?

Because retailers like Amazon realise this game is not selling and are trying to offload stock before they are stuck with it. Bethesda, on the other hand, believe their game is wonderful, amazing, ground-breaking and feel that is a fair price for the game.

Who you choose to believe determines what price you want to pay. :pac:
