Seems Sky Sports will be a "free view" on Saturday to Sky subscribers (I sincerely doubt they mean it'll be FTA!).

However, uncertain if it's just UK or includes Ireland too. I'd imagine Ireland will be included as the page doesn't say "UK only"

They did this on opening day of Premiership last year too

Sky are sending mail to Irish Subscribers to tell them about it, so I'd guess that means it will work.

Shore, if it was easy, everybody would be doin it.😁

    Aye, it'll work so.

Last season, I was chatting to somebody about it, and they said that Sky Sports one was simulcast on Pick TV (but not the FTA version on satellite), which I do remember something about alright.

They used to do "free weekends" a few years back.

The free day is happening on UPC Ireland too, so it would be quite the anomaly if Sky customers in Ireland were to be left out.
