I remember sleeping around 14 hours as a teenager a few times.
Now I sleep maybe 4 hours a night if I'm lucky. I'm always tired. I take double my prescription of sleeping tablets now before I feel them kick in.

No I haven't heard that phrase.
Yop is a yoghurt drink which is made from milk which comes from a cow.
Barking is what a dog does to communicate. So perhaps it means communicating with animals .
