How many cups of tea or coffee do you drink in a day? i have around three cups of tea a day:)

I wouldn't say I drink a lot of coffee but I can't get up, go to work, have any fun, go to sleep or take a dump without it.... WHAT THE HELL'S THAT BUZZING SOUND I KEEP HEARING???????

In the summer months, I have 2 tea's in the evening.
Rest of the year, 6 - 8 per day.
Hangover day, 12 - 15.
No coffee, it's stinking stuff.

I don't drink coffee, it makes me throw up.

I used to drink one coffee in the morning but I lost my taste for it and now I rarely drink it. (Sucks in a way as I was given a coffee machine as a present a few weeks back!)

As a bloke I see this as a good thing. Men who give blood have fewer heart attacks, one theory being that the reduction in iron on a regular basis is beneficial. It may be one reason why women have fewer fatal heart attacks because of their menses. A genetic prevalence to excess iron build up is quite common in Irish men and has badcardiovascular implications. Oh and drinking tea promotes longevity. Chicorytip 0, Tea 1.

Plus I eat a lot of bloody steak so Iron ain't no problem on my part.

I drink lots of tea. With milk, or black, or green. All stewed until the glaze on the mug is in danger of being eaten away. Amount? 10 cups per day I'd reckon.

I have 1 cup a week. Sometimes its tea, sometimes its coffee...but its always on a Sunday morning.

It was coffee today, and it was cold by the time I got to it
