Dropbox/One drive question about uploading

Hi Guys, I use dropbox and onedrive app on my computer. I only have about 100gb free space on my laptop and i would only like to upload files without syncing and downloading all the files in my cloud storage. If i upload through the web browser, the minitue i shut down my pc, i have to manually go into dropbox and repeat…

Hi Guys,

Any tips or advice would be great.
