Looking for help with 2.5" enclosures for 2tb internal drive

I bought a 2TB HDD (WD Green WD20NPVX - hard drive - 2 TB - SATA 6Gb/s) to upgrade my laptop, problem is I didn't look at the size specs:

    Dimensions (WxDxH)
    69.85 mm x 100.2 mm x 15 mm

Which doesn't actually fit in my laptop.

I then figured I'd use it as a external drive and bought the biggest 2.5" enclosure I could find which had a height of 16.5mm, but the problem is even then shell/casing of it is still 2mm too small and when connected to the interface it doesn't fit into the shell.

I was wondering if anyone knows if you could get a casing or shell custom made or if anyone knows a standard enclosure that would fit the 15mm height of the drive?

    Can you please tell me how a 69.85 mm x 100.2 mm x 15 mm HDD is meant to fit into a 9.5mm x 12.5mm x 15mm enclosure?

Perhapa some combination of a 3.5" case and a 2.5 - 3.5 hdd bay adapter might just work?

from the ebay advert: "The MiniPro is compatible with 7mm, 9.5mm, 12.5mm and 15mm SATA 2.5"

all 2.5" sata drives are the same length and width (100mm by 69.85mm), with the only dimensional difference in any of them being the height, which can be 5,7, 9.5, 12.5, 15, or 19mm in some of them with extra platters.

The dimension 9.5mm x 12.5mm x 15mm is not for the enclosure. 9.5mm, 12.5mm, 15mm stands for various heights of 2.5 SATA drives which can be used with the ebay item.
