Zionist are terrorists, they are terrorizing civilians. Jews are people who follow their faith and because they do that, then they're not Zionists. In fact they hate Zionists.

An inconvenient fact for you to note is the vast majority of Jews around the world fully support state of Israel. I am aware of a faction within Judaism that does not but their numbers are relatively small.
    Vandango wrote: »
I haven't seen any posters say that. I'd say a lot of posters here want to see the destruction of Zionism. Do you understand the difference?

No Because there is none. Wanting the destruction of Zionism is the same thing as wanting the destruction of Israel. There is no difference.

I presume you can't refute anything then since the best you've got is to attack the specific source instead of the widely acknowledged facts reproduced there?

He's quoting a notorious Jew hating website. That doesn't trouble you? Guess not. Says it all really.

Which is why people can search for 'IDF human shield' for themselves and view the images as well. Including tying a 13 year old child to one of their jeeps.

    How about the BBC?

IDF to appeal human shield ban.The Israeli Defence Ministry will appeal against a supreme court ruling banning the use of Palestinian human shields in raids, officials said.

Although I doubt you call them human shields. How about 'terrorist buffers'? or 'terrorist shields'?

Are you denying that Israel.uses Palestinian kids as human shields? Or that Israeli courts have deemed it illegal for the IDF to use Palestinian children as human shields?

You have failed miserably to refute any of the facts provided and don't care whether they're true or not.

    And the Guardian pointed out:

Israel, meanwhile, does not have an unblemished record in the use of human shields. In 2010, two soldiers were convicted in an IDF military court of using an 11-year-old Palestinian boy as a human shield in its 2008-09 operation in Gaza. The pair ordered the child to search bags they suspected of being booby-trapped.

Never heard of the website before today. I am sure you can point out why its is a Anti-Semitic website, as simply stating it is one, isn't helpful.

Why are other Muslim nations not helping to evacuate the real trouble hotspots? Genuine question. No abuse please.

Are you denying that the pro-Palestinian movement is awash with Jew hate, as seen in the attacks on synagogues across Europe and "death to Jews" slogans chanted at "pro-Gaza" marches?

And where have I denied this or defended Israel's actions?
Nobody is accusing you of defending Israel's actions.

You made the point that if Hamas chose to fire from sparsely populated areas, there would be less civilian casualties in retaliatory fire. A perfectly valid and reasonable observation.

The point that Drav is making is that Israel appear to fire onto heavily populated areas whether or not they've been fired upon from that area. UN shelters being the clearest example.

So in fact it appears that it would make no odds if Hamas fired from unpopulated areas, Israel would continue to shell civilian populations.

In September 1992, Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin told a delegation from the Washington Institute for Near East Policy "I would like Gaza to sink into the sea"

Combination of reasons. Some use the Gaza issue for propaganda reasons against the West, some genuinely don't support the Palestinian cause, others are US/Israelie allies, or at least their governments are, not necessarily the people.

Ooops, looks like you forgot the rest of the quote which was, "but that won't happen, and a solution must be found.”

    You're welcome.

However, in 2005, the Israeli high court found that Israeli soldiers had used Palestinian civilians as human shields 1,200 times in the past 5 years.  As Ynet reported at the time:

    http://alethonews.wordpress.com/2014/07/24/israeli-forces-invade-azzun-and-use-palestinian-civilians-as-human-shields/
Israeli forces have a long history of using Palestinian civilians as human shields. From the years 2000 to 2005, they admitted to using human shields more than1,200 times. This practice was banned by the Israeli Supreme Court in 2005, but human rights group

Ah, so we're on to a different point completely (whether true or not) for some reason.
Care to explain why human shields isn't up for discussion anymore?

Ah, playing the 'Jew card' so early in the day. You're not doing yourself any favours. Especially without linking to these attacks "across Europe".

What has that got to.do with this thread? If you wish to talk about incidents of vandalism in Europe then start a thread about it.

Similar attacks against Mosques happened after the murder of Lee Rigby. Unfortunately various type of people will use this sort of thing to attack people.

    By everyone, at every march?

    **EDIT**
Any chance of answering my question from earlier......

Nobody is abusing you stop tacitly implying such a thing .if you can't handle being challenged on a point you are making without whinging then perhaps debating isn't for you. why is the sky blue? because it is and it's completely irrelevant to the discussion just like your question.

Iran for example are providing weapons but are they providing aid and refuge for the civilians?

Israel has the people of Palestine on a forced diet, they also don't supply aid or refuge. Israel refuses to.allow aid into Gaza hence the ILLEGAL boarding of aid ships in international waters.
