Hi Guys, Have a garmin 800 - with instruction book lost a long time ago. Is it possible to get a route from strava and upload it to 800 and follow it using garmin 800 for directions. Rgds, del

Yes. Go to the route, select export and select Garmin 800 as the device type. It's the default type anyway and there are on-screen instructions.
