    "Driving yolo"

Got a GoPro recently, threw this together while grasping the basics of slow motion and how to cut the video.
Very crapy right now but I'm hoping my knowledge of Photophop will help me... May have to see about "purchasing" After Effects.

Anyway, my doggies for now but there will be some driving videos to come.
I feel the need to show case my local mountains to the world. :)

    Two half-eaten ones, please.

It's a half-eaten packet of Taytos cheese & onion and a toffee crisp! Get it right! :D

Clampers had a field day here yesterday with all the eejits parking everywhere and heading off to the matches in Croke Park.

I used to live off clonliffe road and a few other areas of clontarf/drumcondra and it was irritating when the match traffic would just abandon ship anywhere.
Glad to see they are clamped.

Did they not pay for the parking ??

Yeah, I was delighted to be honest. They're a scurge around here, and I'm not talking about the DCC clampers.

That street is Mon-Sun pay and display because it's the only place most of those residents can park. Around the corner, there is some Mon-Sat P&D so those cars were fine.

There's a clamp lying around in the carpark here also. Some guy who keeps sneaking in behind cars cut it off a while back when he was clamped.

Is that a wooden clamp? I'd paint it up in bright yellow if I were you.

So with a home-made clamp you can park anywhere because everyone think it's already clamped and leave it alone. :pac:

It's not wooden, it's an NCPS clamp. :P
Could probably do with a lick of paint alright, it's been sitting in the sun and rain a while.

    Just on loan anyway. ;)

Not if you make it look like the ones they use.

You'd need the little window sticker and all, they also take pics of the cars they clamp so they'd just look back through and see that they haven't clamped you.

We'd a lovely experience today, OH got a blowout on a country road, so we pulled in to change the tyre. Cue a gentleman in a house across from us offering us a trolley jack to make life easier, and helping us to replace the wheel.

Nice to see people still have that sense of niceness :) We were very grateful.

    Audi's lights and Aston Martin's grill:D

Agressive styling in the front but not too bad. Will have a look at more pictures to decide if i like it.

Why did the designer have to rip off the Aston grille? I know he used to design AM's but could he come up with nothing else?

Have for a long long time TP, same designer but you'd think he'd vary his ideas a touch :)

    Not many.

Colour coded bumbers / mirrors are standard these days.

The wheels and front fogs might cost a bit extra, but the main differences between a bog standard and a showroom car usually are inside the cabin.

    Que the hubcaps

I believe there's supposed to be a "vignale" spec, which is supposed to be equivalent or even better than the current Titanium X

They own 10% or their abouts.
Designers have a habit of taking designs from one car and putting them on another that they've designed. The worst was the Alfa 164 by pininfarina. They then designed the 405. They look very similar.
Another is the Walter de silva designed 147. He then went and designed the seat Ibiza. The bonnet on which and the overall shape of the car are very similar.

I'm not gone on the new Mondeo, there is very little wrong with it but it looks a little conservative and the interior layout looks dated already.
