Possible to send app from Nexus 7 to phone?

I did a factory reset of my phone the other day and lost an app I use very regularly, it has been pulled from the Play Store and I'm not having much luck finding it online.

I do have it on my tablet though, is it possible to send it from the Nexus to my Note?

The app is Torrent Stream Controller

Did you do a search for "transfer apps using Bluetooth" on the play store?

Yeah i came across that, paying €9.99 for premium access just to download an application that was always free isn't happening though, no chance.
