Ride on lawn mower not starting

Hi, i have a Kohler ride on lawnmower but unfortunately this evening it wont start .The battery and starterare fine , , there's plenty of fuel but its not firing . I checked the spark plug and it is dry .... So could it be a blocked fuel pipe ? What other checks can i do ?thanks in advance.

Is there a fuse that might need replacing? One blew on me a few weeks ago
